Who will get the permits needed for construction (electrical/construction)?
A lot of contractors rely on the homeowner for this process. The homeowner because all constrution permits are issued in the homeowners name and generally pays this for. H2o plus will do all of the necessary paper work, applications, pay the fees and even pick up your permits for you as part of our original agreement. H2o plus is not a licensed electrical contractor so we cannot apply for your electrical permit. As part of our package we employ and work with very closely our own electrical subcontractor. We deal with them on all fees permits and electrical work; h2o plus also guarantees their work. The only thing that our homeowners are responsible for is supplying h2o plus with an updated site plan that shows your house and property lines.
