What could possibly change the cost of the original bid?
There are only a couple of things that could possible increase your contract amounts, the first thing and usually the biggest would be solid rock removal. At this point you would need to sit down with your contractor and discuss your possible options to continue with your construction. Here at h2o plus if we think that the site may have a rock issue we do not order your liner until we have an established grade or elevation. This allows the homeowner the flexibility to decide whether or not they want the rock removed or change the bottom elevation to a shallower depth at no charge. Other cost changes are usually created by the homeowner such as additional concrete work or upgraded pool equipment. If you decide to make changes to your original scope of work discuss and understand the cost before agreeing to anything.
